NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. EVERY ENTRY HAS AN EQUAL CHANCE OF WINNING, WHETHER OBTAINED WITH OR WITHOUT A PURCHASE.

1. Eligibility

Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to those who enter as described in Section 4 and who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of New York and Florida, and is void in New York, Florida, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and where prohibited by law.

Employees of Cased LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements. You also agree that all decisions made by Cased LLC regarding the Sweepstakes are final and binding.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Entries will be accepted online beginning:

Start: August 1, 2026 – 12:00 AM (Pacific Time)
End: September 7, 2026 – 11:59 PM (Pacific Time)

4. How to Enter

Visit www.ridecased.com during the Sweepstakes Period and purchase eligible products.

Receive 1 entry for every $1 spent (before tax and excluding shipping).
Every eligible order is automatically entered.

Limit one (1) free entry form submission per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

5. Prize

Approximate Retail Value:

$13,900.00

One (1) 2025 Stark Varg EX Alpha (80 hp) electric motorcycle.

Prize is non-transferable.
No cash alternative unless determined by Sponsor.
Winner is responsible for registration, licensing, insurance, title fees, and taxes.
Street-legal registration may not be available in every U.S. state.

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing supervised by the Sponsor.

Winner notified by email within five (5) days.
Winner has fifteen (15) days to claim the prize.
Winner must complete required documentation, including IRS Form W-9.
An IRS Form 1099 will be issued.

8. Rights Granted By You

By entering, you grant Cased LLC permission to use your name, likeness, entry, photographs, voice, statements, and related information for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes worldwide without additional compensation where permitted by law.

9. Terms

Cased LLC reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other events beyond its control compromise the integrity of the promotion.

Fraudulent entries, automated entries, or attempts to manipulate the Sweepstakes may result in immediate disqualification.

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release Cased LLC and its affiliates from any liability relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

11. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved individually in a Texas court with proper jurisdiction.

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Cased LLC Privacy Policy.
